Here's what
to do.

    Sign in as a billing-authorized Zoom owner or admin.

  2. 02

    Open your profile → Plans and billing; find the active plan.

  3. 03

    Cancel add-ons first if required, then choose Cancel Plan and confirm.

BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

Contracts sold through a sales representative might not permit self-service cancellation. Zoom may require contacting support, and cloud recordings may be removed after the plan ends.

After cancellation

Zoom says its plan status will show pending cancellation and an email should confirm the change.
