We follow the official trail.
Each published service route is assembled from the provider's own help articles, account instructions or subscription terms. Each guide links to its source. The source record on each guide clearly shows whether its public documentation was rechecked for this edition or is linked for reference without a fresh individual check. A recheck is not a signed-in account test. Provider screens can change without notice.
Not all shortcuts are equal.
Cancellation shortcut means the published provider link points to a cancellation or paid-membership management flow. Account starting point means the provider does not publicly document a stable final cancellation URL; we link to its account instead. Official guide means we can't substantiate a direct account link and send you to official instructions.
Where you pay decides where you cancel.
A subscription may be charged directly by its provider, Apple, Google Play, Roku, PayPal, a telecom company or another seller. The merchant that manages the billing typically determines the actual cancellation process. PayPal payment authorizations need special care: disabling the authorization may not cancel an underlying merchant contract.
We never fake a magic shortcut.
No invented one-click modals, misleading waiver tricks, guaranteed refunds, fake estimated times or false confirmation signals. A provider may require signing in, choosing a reason, dealing with an early-termination fee or contacting support. We make those steps visible.
What we can't do.
Offramp cannot verify a cancellation on your account, secure refunds, override a contract or bypass provider authentication. Guides are informational and do not replace your service terms or legal advice. Features, cancellation rights and availability vary by jurisdiction and plan. If a guide differs from the company's live interface, follow the provider's instructions and retain records.
