Sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions with the account paying for Game Pass.

Find the Game Pass subscription and choose Manage.
- 03
Select Cancel or Turn off recurring billing and complete the on-screen prompts.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
Microsoft distinguishes turning off future billing from ending access immediately. Check the renewal date, offers, and any refund eligibility before choosing.
After cancellation
Confirm that recurring billing is off or a cancellation date is displayed in Microsoft Services.
