Here's what
to do.

Sign in to the Spotify account that manages your Premium plan.

Open your plan management page and select Cancel subscription (wording may differ by locale).

Follow the confirmation steps. If no cancel option appears, check whether a partner bills you.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
For Family or Duo, only the plan manager can cancel the whole plan. If billed by a mobile or internet provider, contact that provider.
After cancellation
Spotify says playlists stay in your account; Premium usually continues until the next billing date.
