Here's what
to do.

  1. 01

    Sign in to PayPal and open Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments (or Subscriptions and saved businesses).

  2. 02

    Select the merchant's automatic-payment authorization.

  3. 03

    Cancel or unlink the authorization; also contact the merchant to end the subscription contract itself.

BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

Important: stopping a PayPal payment authorization may NOT cancel the underlying merchant agreement or any amounts you still owe. Contact the merchant directly as well.

After cancellation

Retain both the PayPal authorization status and the merchant's cancellation confirmation.
