Open Notion on desktop/web and select the paying workspace.

Choose Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- 03
Select a Free/downgrade option and follow the feedback and confirmation steps.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
Only workspace owners can normally manage billing. Check members, paid add-ons, and workspace data before downgrading.
After cancellation
Notion says the plan change generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing cycle.
