Check your receipt first. If you subscribed directly on Headspace.com, sign in through a browser.

Open the Headspace subscription management page and select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.

If the button is missing, email help@headspace.com; Apple and Google subscriptions must be canceled in those stores.
The official Headspace instructions apply to subscriptions bought directly on its website. Apple, Google, employer benefits, and coaching subscriptions may have a different process. Do not treat opening this page as a completed cancellation.
For direct subscriptions, check your account and confirmation. Headspace says subscriptions generally retain access until the end of the current paid term.
