Here's what
to do.

Sign in to Evernote Web and open Account Settings → Billing.

Under Your plan select Manage → Cancel plan (or find Cancel subscription at the bottom of Billing).

Follow the confirmation prompts and check billing history or your email for confirmation.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
Evernote's cancellation UI varies by billing system. Some accounts need device disconnection before a downgrade; Apple and Google purchases are canceled through those platforms.
After cancellation
Evernote says notes are retained, but free-plan limits apply when paid access expires.
