Sign in to Dropbox and open your avatar → Manage account.

Find Cancel plan near the bottom of the page.

Choose a reason, then Continue canceling or Confirm change until you receive confirmation.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
Individual and team plans have different procedures. Downgrading may leave you over your new storage allowance; review your files first.
After cancellation
Dropbox says paid access normally continues until the end of the billing cycle.
