    Sign in with the account that bought your subscription on the web.

  2. 02

    Open account menu → Settings → Billing.

  3. 03

    Under Cancel plan, select Cancel and confirm the change.

BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

Web subscriptions use ChatGPT Settings → Billing; Apple/Google Play purchases must be canceled in their stores. Business subscriptions use workspace billing settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal; cancellation does not itself refund charges.

After cancellation

Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
