Sign in to the Canva account and team with the paid plan.
- 02
Open Profile → Settings → Billing and locate the subscription.
- 03
Select Cancel plan and continue through the prompts until Cancel subscription is confirmed.
BEFORE YOU CONFIRM
Check the team/workspace and billing receipt. Apple, Google, or PayPal purchases can require action with the billing platform.
After cancellation
Canva says a confirmation email follows cancellation; premium access typically continues to the end of the billing period.
