Open Accounts & Lists → Prime Membership → Manage Membership.

Select End Membership and complete all subsequent confirmation screens.

Prime memberships are marketplace-specific. Amazon.com is the US starting point; use your own country's Amazon site for another marketplace. Prime Video-only subscriptions are separate.
After cancellation
Review the membership end date and any refund details offered on the Amazon account screen.
